Back in 2012, I took an illustration course at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome as part of my MA in painting. I spent three months making this book to illustrate the story of a girl who is in love and wants to travel and see the world. She leaves her country and all her loved ones to slowly realize how much she misses them. Later, she will learn the importance of loving and being loved in her journey.
